HooDoodles Health Guarantee
When purchasing a puppy from HooDoodles, we guarantee that the puppy is in good health and that all vaccines and deworming are up-to-date. The buyer, at their own expense, should have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy. If within 72 hours a licensed veterinarian has found the puppy to be in poor health, the buyer has the option to return the puppy for a full refund. If you choose to receive a full refund, the puppy will be returned to the breeder, at the owner’s expense, no later than 10 days after purchase. Documentation from a licensed veterinarian must be provided to the breeder in order for this warranty to be valid. This guarantee does not include minor illnesses and health issues such as colds, allergies, internal or external parasites or umbilical hernias. However, the breeder will disclose any known illnesses or health issues prior to the sale. This warranty does not include any illness due to the ingestion of foreign objects, food, chemicals or physical injury and neglect. If the puppy is not seen by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pick-up, the health warranty is voided. *The breeder assumes no responsibility for any medical expenses incurred after the sale.
This puppy is guaranteed to the original purchaser against debilitating or life-threatening hereditary/congenital diseases including hip dysplasia (mild-severe), vWD (affected) , hereditary, debilitating cardiac issues and/or hereditary disabling eye diseases until he/she reaches 2 yrs. of age. Documentation must be provided by a licensed Veterinarian (by OFA or PennHip for hip/elbow issues, a Certified Veterinary Cardiologist for Cardiac issues or a certified canine Ophthalmologist for eye issues). The breeder is not responsible for Vet bills or shipping/transportation costs. The breeder has the right to have the puppy/dog examined by a licensed Veterinarian of her choice to verify the diagnosis. This guarantee is void if the dog is found to be overweight and/or not fed a quality diet.
If this puppy/dog is found to have a debilitating, life-threatening, hereditary/congenital disease, the breeder will replace the puppy with a new one of equal value, when available. We will NEVER ask you to return your pet in order for our 2-year warranty to be fulfilled.
